Yate is a South Gloucestershire town strategically placed between Bristol and the Cotswolds. The M4's Junction 18 provides the main access point, with the A432 running through town toward Bristol. Most visitors arrive via the M4 corridor, making it popular with commuters heading to Bristol's business districts. The town's 1960s shopping centre houses one of the region's largest Tesco stores.
