Wormshill is a small Kent village perched on the North Downs, about 45 miles from London via the M2 and A249. Local lanes connect it to Sittingbourne (8 miles) and Maidstone (12 miles), whilst longer routes serve visitors from Canterbury or the Channel ports. The 12th-century church of St. Giles houses a rare medieval wooden effigy of a knight in full armour.
