Withleigh is a small Devon village nestled between Tiverton and Templeton, connected by the A396 through the Exe Valley. Narrow lanes link it to surrounding villages like Cruwys Morchard, whilst the M5 lies 15km east via Tiverton. Around 20 fast EV chargers serve the area from Tiverton. The village sits on ancient packhorse routes, with old stone bridges still crossing local streams.
