Wineham is a small West Sussex village about 15km north of Brighton, reached via the A23 and local B-roads through downland countryside. Most visitors drive up from Brighton or use the A272 east-west route, with the M23 providing motorway access from London. The area has over 400 EV charging points nearby. Traditional flint and brick cottages line lanes that have barely changed for generations.
