Whyke is a residential area just outside Chichester in West Sussex, easily reached via the A27 from Brighton or Portsmouth, or the A3 from London. The B2178 connects directly to Chichester centre for local journeys. With over 60 EV charging points nearby and proximity to Goodwood Aerodrome, it's well-connected for both daily life and special events. Many homes retain traditional Sussex flint and brick construction from the 1700s.
