Whelpo is a small Cumbrian settlement in the northern Lakes, reached via the A595 from the M6. Local roads connect to nearby Caldbeck and Hesket Newmarket, whilst the scenic B5299 winds through fell country from the southeast. With over 30 EV charging points nearby, it's well-placed for exploring the area where legendary huntsman John Peel once rode.
