West Hoe forms part of Plymouth's elevated waterfront district, with Victorian terraces overlooking Plymouth Sound. Access via the A38 from Exeter or A386 from Tavistock, then local roads toward The Hoe. The area sits just above the famous Tinside Lido, the striking 1930s Art Deco pool built into the coastal rocks.
