Weem lies in Highland Perthshire, two kilometres from Aberfeldy along the River Tay. The A827 provides the main access via Ballinluig from the A9, whilst the B846 offers a scenic alternative through Tummel Bridge. The village serves as a gateway to Glen Lyon and the western Highlands, with about a dozen EV charging points nearby in Aberfeldy. The churchyard contains an extraordinary 3,000-year-old yew tree, one of Scotland's most ancient living specimens.
