Warddykes

Scotland
Warddykes forms part of Arbroath's eastern suburbs in Angus, sitting just inland from the North Sea coast. The A92 coastal road provides the main access, with the A933 branching west into Arbroath proper. From Dundee it's a 30-minute drive north, whilst Edinburgh and Glasgow are both within two hours via the A90. The red sandstone cliffs at nearby Auchmithie, which inspired Sir Walter Scott's "The Antiquary", remain visible from higher ground in the area.
