Wandsworth sits along the Thames in southwest London, connected by the A3 trunk road running north-south and the A238 east-west to Kingston. The South Circular provides links to other south London areas, whilst local routes serve nearby Putney and Clapham. Popular journeys include the A238 to central London and longer A3 trips to Surrey. With over 11,750 public fast chargers regionally, EV drivers are well catered for. The former Ram Brewery dominated the town centre for 350 years until closure in 2006.
