Uppincott is a small Devon village about 15km north of Exeter, reached via the A377 through the Exe Valley. The area sits amongst typical mid-Devon farmland with gentle rolling hills and traditional agricultural landscapes. Most visitors arrive from Exeter or via Crediton, with Exeter International Airport 25km southeast. Electric vehicle charging is available in nearby Exeter with over 80 fast chargers. The village lies close to the site of Roman baths, evidence of settlement dating back nearly two thousand years.
