Upper Swell occupies a prime spot in the Cotswolds, easily reached via the A436 from Cheltenham or the A40 corridor from Oxford and London. Most visitors follow the M40 to Junction 8 or 9, then head west through classic limestone villages. With over 30 fast EV chargers nearby and Stow-on-the-Wold just two miles away, it makes an ideal base for exploring the area. The village's main street still traces the medieval packhorse route used for transporting Cotswold wool to market.
