Upper Hambleton

Upper Hambleton perches above Rutland Water in England's smallest county, reached via the A606 from Oakham (5km) or local roads from Stamford. Most traffic uses short routes under 15km, though the nearby A47 connects to longer journeys via the A1. The village sits on elevated ground with views across the reservoir, and benefits from over 40 EV charging points in the surrounding area. The Norman doorway at St Andrew's church represents some of Rutland's finest 12th-century stonework.
