Upper Dunsforth is a small North Yorkshire village in the Vale of York, easily reached via the A168 from Junction 48 of the A1(M). It sits between York (15 miles) and Harrogate (12 miles), with the B6265 providing a quieter alternative route. The flat agricultural landscape offers views toward the Yorkshire Dales, whilst RAF Topcliffe nearby means the sound of military aircraft is a regular feature of village life.
