Upper Cheddon is a small Somerset village perched on the Quantock foothills, just northwest of Taunton. Reach it via the A358 from M5 Junction 25, then follow country lanes through Kingston St Mary. The elevated position offers fine views across the Vale of Taunton Deane, whilst the parish church of St Bartholomew houses a complete peal of medieval bells that ring out every Sunday.
