Upper Breinton is a small Herefordshire village just west of Hereford, reached via the A438 and local roads through Lower Breinton. The A49 provides the main north-south link, whilst longer journeys typically route through Hereford to reach the A465 or A40. The village enjoys pleasant countryside views across the Wye valley toward Wales, and sits near the New Weir Roman site where significant Romano-British remains have been discovered.
