Tyrfran forms part of the Llanelli conurbation in Carmarthenshire, accessed via the A484 from Swansea or Carmarthen. The area has extensive EV charging infrastructure with over 80 fast chargers nearby. It sits close to the Millennium Coastal Path, a 22-kilometre route offering excellent views across the Burry Inlet to the Gower Peninsula.
