Trewethern is a small North Cornwall village reached via the A39 Atlantic Highway, about 3km south through St Kew Highway. Local lanes connect it to Chapel Amble and Saint Endellion within minutes, whilst longer routes lead to Wadebridge, Bodmin, and the A30. Cornwall Airport Newquay sits 25km southeast. The 15th-century church tower of St Breward remains the village's most recognisable feature.
