Trebetherick is a small Cornish coastal village near Polzeath and Rock, reached via the A39 from Wadebridge. The area offers excellent beaches and sailing, with the dramatic Camel Estuary nearby. The village sits on Daymer Bay, where poet John Betjeman spent childhood holidays and is buried in St. Enodoc's churchyard, which becomes half-buried in sand during winter storms.
