Tornahaish

Scotland
Tornahaish is a small Aberdeenshire settlement in the Cairngorms foothills, reached via the A944 from Aberdeen then the A939 through Strathdon. The challenging mountain route over the Lecht Pass provides an alternative approach from the south. The village sits near the historic Corgarff Castle, a 16th-century tower house once used by government forces during the Jacobite period.
