Toogs is a small Shetland settlement reached via the A970 from Lerwick, about 25km north through rolling moorland. The narrow roads require care, particularly in winter crosswinds. With roughly 18 fast EV chargers nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The community sits among Scotland's northernmost inhabited places, actually closer to Bergen than Edinburgh.
