Tomnacroich is a tiny Highland Perthshire settlement near Fortingall, reached via the B846 from Aberfeldy through some of Scotland's most remote glen country. The journey from Perth takes 90 minutes, whilst Glasgow requires two and a half hours on winding single-track roads. About 7 EV charging points serve the wider area. The village sits close to the ancient Fortingall Yew, possibly Europe's oldest living tree at up to 5,000 years old.
