Tinure

Tinure is a small County Louth village handily placed between Drogheda and the seaside spots of Laytown and Bettystown. You'll reach it via the R150 and R151 from Drogheda, about 8 kilometres west, with the M1 junction there connecting you to Dublin (50km south) or Belfast (130km north). The area's well sorted for attractions, with the ancient Brú na Bóinne UNESCO site just southwest, several golf courses including County Louth Golf nearby, and Funtasia Waterpark in Drogheda for families. St. Brigid's parish church features a medieval tower that's been marking the spot for centuries.
