Tilshead

Tilshead is a small Wiltshire village on Salisbury Plain, reached via the A360 from either Salisbury or Devizes. The B390 offers an alternative route from Amesbury. Surrounded by MoD training grounds, it's one of the few civilian settlements where tank exercises are routine neighbours, and the village pub occasionally shakes from nearby artillery practice.
