Thundridge

England

England

Thundridge is a small Hertfordshire village on the A10 between London and Cambridge, about 30 miles north of central London. Most visitors use the A10 directly, whilst local traffic often travels between nearby Ware and Hertford. The M25 lies 15 miles south for connections to other regions. Electric vehicle drivers will find approximately 180 public fast chargers in the area, mainly in Ware and along the A10. The village name derives from "Thunder's ridge" in Old English, referring to the slight hill where Saxon settlers first established the community.
