England
Thorner is a historic village northeast of Leeds, perched on elevated ground with views toward the Pennines. The A58 provides the main route from Leeds city center, while the M1 lies 15 kilometers west for longer journeys. The village sits conveniently between Leeds and Wetherby, making it popular with commuters. St Peter's Church houses a rare 14th-century wooden knight effigy, one of only a few surviving examples in England.
