The Roe sits between Saint Asaph and the Clwydian Range in Denbighshire's Vale of Clwyd. Access via A55 Junction 26, then A525 towards Saint Asaph. The A525 continues south through the vale towards Denbigh and Ruthin, whilst local roads connect nearby villages. Over 30 EV charging points serve the area. The name derives from Welsh "rhiw," meaning hillside, describing its position on the vale's gentle agricultural slopes.
