The Reddings occupies the southeastern fringe of Cheltenham, where modern retail parks meet Cotswolds countryside. The A40 provides the main route through the area, connecting to the M5 at Junction 11 and continuing toward Oxford or Wales, whilst local traffic uses the A4019 into Cheltenham centre. With approximately 90 public EV charging points nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The area houses one of Britain's largest Tesco Extra stores.
