Termon sits in County Cavan along the N3 Dublin to Donegal route, about 90 minutes north of the capital. The R165 connects directly from the N3, while the R178 links south to Bailieborough. From Belfast, take the A1/N1 south then regional roads through Cavan town. The area has roughly 25 EV charging stations for longer journeys. Termon serves as a gateway to some of Ireland's best coarse fishing, with excellent pike and bream spots across Cavan's lakes and the River Erne system.
