Team Valley forms one of Britain's largest planned industrial estates in Gateshead, developed post-war into a major commercial centre. Easily accessed via the A1 Western Bypass and A692, it's minutes from Newcastle and well-connected regionally. The area hosts hundreds of businesses from manufacturing to retail, with excellent transport links including proximity to Newcastle Airport. The estate's most recognisable landmark is its massive IKEA store, visible for miles around.
