Tarskavaig perches on Skye's southern tip, overlooking the Sound of Sleat towards Knoydart's hills. Reach it via the A851 from the Skye Bridge through Broadford, then south down the peninsula's eastern shore - about 45km on single-track roads with passing places. Plan EV charging carefully, as only around 4 public fast chargers serve this remote corner. The old stone pier still juts into the Sound, once a ferry terminal to Mallaig.
