Tangmere

Tangmere is a small West Sussex village just off the A27, three miles northeast of Chichester. Most visitors arrive via the A285 from Chichester or the A27 dual carriageway. The village sits in typical South Downs countryside with gentle chalk hills and is home to the Military Aviation Museum, built on the site of the former RAF base that was operational during the Battle of Britain.
