Suttons occupies a quiet spot in southeastern Essex, just inland from the Thames Estuary between Southend and Shoeburyness. The A127 provides swift access to Southend city centre and onward to London, whilst local roads serve the surrounding coastal villages and London Southend Airport nearby. With over 30 fast EV charging points in the vicinity and excellent transport links, it's a practical base for both local residents and airport users. The area's most curious feature remains the Victorian oyster bed remnants visible in nearby Pig's Bay at low tide.
