Streethouse is a former mining village in West Yorkshire, accessible via the A656 between Wakefield and Castleford. Most drivers arrive from M62 Junction 31, then follow the A655 toward Castleford. The village sits among rolling former colliery land, with over 200 EV charging points nearby. Its Victorian terraced streets still follow the original grid pattern designed for miners at the long-closed Streethouse Colliery.
