Strathkinness lies in rural Fife, six kilometres from St Andrews via the A91. This farming community sits amongst rolling hills between the Eden Valley and coast. Drivers reach it from the M90 through Cupar, or from Dundee via the A92 and local roads. Over 90 EV charging points serve the area. The village features one of Scotland's oldest working watermills, still using 18th-century wooden machinery.
