Spott is a small East Lothian village sitting between Dunbar and the inland countryside, reached via the A1087 off the main A1 trunk road. The elevated position offers pleasant rural views whilst remaining close to coastal amenities. The village is notable for Spott House, a 17th-century mansion with a distinctive tower that's been used as a filming location.
