Southcrest forms part of Redditch's southern residential areas in Worcestershire, easily reached via the A441 from Birmingham or the M42 at Junction 2. The A4023 and B4497 handle local connections between Redditch's various districts, whilst the A435 provides the main route south through the county. With over 150 fast charging points nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. Original field boundaries still mark the landscape between housing estates.
