Sonning is a Thames-side village in Berkshire, 4 miles from Reading via the A4 and local roads. Popular with day-trippers from Reading and surrounding towns, it's easily reached from the M4 (Junction 10) or along the scenic A4155 from Henley. The village boasts the unique Sonning Mill Theatre, a professional playhouse built into an 18th-century flour mill.
