Siddal is a former mill town in the Calder Valley, now a residential area just outside Halifax. Reach it via the A58 from Halifax centre or the M62 at Junction 24. The village sits along the old Calder and Hebble Navigation, where original stone lock chambers remain visible from the towpath.
