Shorwell is a quiet Isle of Wight village on the B3323, roughly eight kilometres from Newport. After crossing by ferry, it's easily reached from either terminal via the A3054 or island roads. The area has over 70 EV charging points scattered about. The 15th-century St Peter's Church houses exceptional medieval wall paintings, including a remarkably preserved St Christopher mural.
