Shettleston lies in Glasgow's east end, about 6km from the city centre via the A8 London Road. This former industrial area has become a residential district whilst retaining its working-class roots. Reach it directly along the A8 or via nearby M8 and M74 junctions for longer journeys. The area has over 350 EV charging points and easier parking than central Glasgow. Shettleston FC, founded in 1903, still plays at Greenfield Park on the main road.
