Sherford is a contemporary new town on Plymouth's southeastern fringe, built on elevated farmland between Plympton and the A38. The A38 provides the main access route, connecting to Plymouth, Exeter and the M5, whilst local roads serve daily commutes to Plympton and Plymouth city centre. With approximately 100 public EV charging points nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The town's centrepiece is a purpose-built market square that reinterprets traditional Devon architecture in an entirely modern setting.
