Sealand is a small Flintshire community near the Welsh-English border, easily reached via the A548 from Chester in about 10 minutes. The A55 provides quick access to North Wales, whilst local routes serve nearby Queensferry and Deeside. With over 100 EV charging points locally and Hawarden Airport close by, it sits in the remarkably flat Dee Estuary floodplain where the river's influence on the low-lying landscape is immediately obvious.
