Scrabster is a small port on Scotland's northern tip, 4km from Thurso via the A99. The A9 from Inverness brings long-distance visitors through 160km of Highland scenery, whilst local traffic uses coastal routes around Caithness. About 4 EV charging points serve the area. The harbour runs year-round ferries to Orkney's Stromness across the notorious Pentland Firth.
