Saint Allen is a small Cornish village six kilometres north of Truro, easily reached via the A30. The village sits on gently rolling countryside typical of central Cornwall, with good connections to Truro for shopping and services. The 13th-century parish church houses a remarkably well-preserved medieval rood screen with original painted details.
