Ruckinge is a small Romney Marsh village in Kent, reached via the A259 from either Rye or Hythe, or from the M20 at Junction 10 through Ashford and Hamstreet. The flat marshland setting offers easy driving with about 60 EV charging points nearby. St Mary Magdalene church houses a rare 13th-century wall painting of Thomas Becket's martyrdom.
