Rowarth is a small Derbyshire village on elevated moorland near the Greater Manchester border. Reach it via the A6015 from New Mills or the B6015 through Mellor from Stockport. The A57 Snake Pass provides the main Manchester connection. Over 150 EV charging points serve the area. Working sheep farms here have maintained the same dry stone wall field patterns for more than 200 years.
