Rous Lench is a small Worcestershire village in the Vale of Evesham, reached via the A422 from Evesham or through Inkberrow from the A435. The M40 Junction 3 provides the main long-distance access, whilst local routes connect the cluster of Lench villages nearby. The village name derives from the Norman Rous family who held the manor after 1066.
