Rothiemurchus lies eight kilometres south of Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park, accessible via the A9 and B970. This ancient Highland estate encompasses over 12,500 hectares of Caledonian pine forest, offering scenic drives around Loch an Eilein and forest tracks to Loch Gamhna. The area serves outdoor enthusiasts heading to the Lairig Ghru pass and Cairngorm peaks, with ample EV charging nearby. Some Scots pines here are over 700 years old.
