Rosbercon is a small village on the River Barrow in County Kilkenny, just 2 kilometers upstream from New Ross. Most visitors come via the N25 through New Ross, or take the M9 from Dublin and turn off at New Ross. The R700 offers a lovely drive along the Barrow valley from places like Inistioge. There are over 30 electric vehicle charging points around New Ross. The village sits at a dramatic bend where the Barrow curves sharply eastward before flowing down to Waterford Harbour.
